Main Features

1) Based on the step-by-step filtering theory: The first stage captures particles >=20µm; the second stage effectively captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator to alert operators of filter status: A red ball floats to the top during normal operation, and sinks to the bottom when the machine is off or filter cotton needs replacement, indicating that the filter's efficiency has dropped below 70%.
3) Easy installation: Can be directly mounted on machine tools or brackets, offering straightforward setup and removal.
4) Exceptional catching efficiency, achieving 99% or higher.
