Instruction principles for internally laid cable, oil pipe, water pipe, or gas pipe
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to allow internally laid cables and oil pipes to move freely. This will prevent stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
Cables with significantly different diameters should be laid separately with balanced weight distribution. Use spacers if necessary to keep them apart.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay cables horizontally without overlapping. If many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are present, use spacers to avoid clustering.
Construction of the cable chain
The chain resembles a tank's crawler, comprising several joints that allow for free rotation.
Chains of the same series have identical inner and outer heights and the same pitch. However, the inner width and bend radius (R) can be customized.
Each chain joint consists of a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. The joints can be opened for easy assembly and disassembly, allowing cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes to be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Available spacers can divide the internal space of the chain as needed.
