1. Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to ensure that internally laid cables and oil pipes can move freely without stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
2. For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately and balance the weight evenly.3. Use spacers if necessary to separate cables from one another.4. When operating at high speed or frequency, lay horizontally placed cables in a parted manner to prevent overlap.5. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, use spacers for separation.Principles for Selecting Drag Chains:1. Inner Height: Take the thickest piece of the internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as the reference height, and add at least 10% of the space height as the inner height (Hi).2. If overlapping, take the overlapped height as the actual height.Inner Width: Sum the outside diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes as the reference for the inner width and leave at least 10% of the space as a margin.Radius of a Bend: Use the biggest radius of a bend from a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value, and leave 10% of the space as a margin.
