Achieve high-efficiency filtration with our 99% mist collector. This gas oil mist cleaner is equipped with a HEPA filter suitable for machine tool centers.

Main Features

1) Based on the advanced theory of step-by-step filtering: The first step captures particles >=20um; the second step efficiently captures smaller particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Integrated signal alerts indicate normal operation or when filter cotton needs replacement. A red ball floats to the top when the oil mist collection filter is active and sinks when inactive. As the filter cotton collects oil mist, its efficiency drops below 70%, prompting the red ball to sink, signaling it’s time for replacement or cleaning.
3) Easy installation allows direct mounting on various machine tools and brackets, with straightforward tear-open and outfit processes.
4) Exceptional catching efficiency reaching 99% or higher.
