Principle for Selecting Cable ChainInner Height: Measure the thickest component among the cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes internally installed. Use this height as a reference and add at least 10% extra space for the inner height (HI). If components overlap, take the total overlapped height as the actual height.
Inner Width: Sum the outer diameters of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Use this total as the inner width's reference, leaving at least 10% extra space as a margin.
Radius of a Bend: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as a reference value and leave 10% of the space as a margin.

 

Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Ensure that 15% of the space is reserved as a margin. This allows internal cables and oil pipes to move freely without exerting stress on the drag chains in the radius direction.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately and balance the weight evenly. If necessary, use spacers to keep them apart.
When operating at high speed or frequency, horizontally lay the cables in a parted manner without overlapping. If numerous cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, it is advisable to use spacers.
