Instruction Principles for Internally Laid Cable, Oil Pipe, Water Pipe, or Gas Pipe
Reserve 15% of the space as a margin to enable the internal cables and oil pipes to move freely, preventing stress on the drag chains in the radial direction.
For cables with significantly different diameters, lay them separately to balance the weight. Use spacers if necessary to keep them apart.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay horizontal cables separately and avoid overlapping. If many cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes are laid together, use spacers as recommended.
Construction of the Cable Chain
The chain resembles a tank's crawler, consisting of numerous joints. These joints are freely rotatable.
Chains of the same series have identical inner height, outer height, and pitch, but the inner width and bend radius (R) can be tailored to different specifications.
Each chain joint, consisting of left-right chain plates and an up-down cover, can be opened for easy assembly and disassembly without threading. Cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes can be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the interior space of the chain into sections as required.
