Principles for Selecting Cable Chain:
- Inner Height: The inner height (HI) of the cable chain should be determined by taking the reference height of the thickest internally installed cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Add at least 10% of the space height as the inner height. If there are overlapping components, consider the overlapped height as the actual height.
- Inner Width: The inner width of the cable chain should be determined by summing up the outside diameter of the thicker cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Leave at least 10% of the space as a margin.
- Radius of a Bend: The cable chain should accommodate the biggest radius of a bend of a cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe. Leave 10% of the space as a margin.
