Main Features

1) Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step captures particles >=20um, and the second step captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signaling system to indicate normal operation or when the filter cotton needs replacement. The red ball will float to the top during regular oil mist collection and sink to the bottom when off. After prolonged usage, if the catching ability falls below 70%, the red ball will sink, indicating the need to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install: All machines can be directly mounted on the machine tool with a bracket, ensuring easy setup and maintenance.
4) Achieves a remarkable catching efficiency of 99% or more.
