Main Features

1) Utilizing step-by-step filtering methodology: the first stage captures particles >=20um, providing a robust initial defense.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a smart signal system to indicate filter status. When operational, the red ball floats to the top; when off, it sinks to the bottom. Post-operation, as the filter cotton's efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball will sink, signaling a need for replacement or cleaning.
3) User-friendly installation: can be directly mounted on the machine tool or bracket for convenient setup and maintenance.
4) Exceptional collection efficiency: captures 99% or more of oil mist, ensuring a pristine workspace.
