Main Features

1) Based on a multi-stage filtering theory: The first stage captures particles >=20um; the second stage captures finer particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Equipped with a signal indicator for operational status and filter cotton replacement. When the oil mist collection filter operates, a red ball floats to the top, indicating normal function. The red ball descends when off, and the filter cotton captures oil mist. If the capture efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball falls, signaling the need for filter cotton replacement or cleaning.
3) Simplified installation: All units can be directly mounted onto machine tools or brackets, ensuring ease of setup and maintenance.
4) Achieves a remarkable catching efficiency of 99% or higher.
