Main Features

1) Based on the theory of step-by-step filtering: the first step captures particles >=20μm; the second step captures smaller particles.<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2) Features a signal to indicate normal operation or when the filter cotton needs replacement. When working, a red ball will float upward; it sinks when off. When the oil mist collection filter's efficiency drops below 70%, the red ball sinks, indicating it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install: All machines can be directly installed on the machine tool or bracket, facilitating easy tear down and setup.
