Principle for Selecting Cable Chain
Inner Height: Begin by measuring the thickest cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe to be installed. Add at least 10% of the space height to determine the inner height (HI). For overlapping items, measure the combined height.
Inner Width: Sum the outer diameters of the thickest cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, or water pipes. Add a minimum of 10% extra space to ensure adequate margin.
Bend Radius: Use the largest bend radius of any cable, oil pipe, gas pipe, or water pipe as your reference, and add 10% extra space for flexibility.
Instructions for Internally Laid Cables, Oil Pipes, Water Pipes, or Gas Pipes
Reserve 15% of the space for free movement of internally laid cables and oil pipes. Ensure there is no stress on the drag chains in the direction of the radius.
For cables with varying diameters, segregate them accordingly and distribute the weight evenly. Use spacers if necessary to maintain separation.
In high-speed or high-frequency operations, lay horizontally aligned cables separately to avoid overlapping. Use spacers for large quantities of cables, gas pipes, and oil pipes.
Construction of the Cable Chain
Our cable chain resembles a tank's crawler, featuring multiple joints that can freely rotate.
All chains in the same series share the same inner/outer height and pitch, but they can vary in inner width and bend radius (R) to meet different specifications.
Each unit chain joint includes a left-right chain plate and an up-down cover. The joints can be easily opened for hassle-free assembly and dismantling, allowing cables, oil pipes, and gas pipes to be inserted after opening the cover plate.
Spacers are available to divide the internal space of the chain according to specific requirements.
